With over 20 years of international professional services firm experience, including five years as a Partner, Matt brings a depth of expertise and understanding of the professional services sector. Having set up his own successful Enindico practice in 2010 (www.enindico.com.au), Matt has spent the last 10 years helping leaders, and emerging leaders, plan, develop, engage and deliver, with a primary focus on professional practices such as law firms, as well as education institutions and elite athletes.
Having recently completed a Churchill Fellowship at the Winston Churchill Trust (Australia), Andrea is a lawyer, consultant, researcher and academic with a strong focus on legal innovation, collaboration, access to justice and creating positive social impact in the world (highlighted in her brilliant Podcast “ReImagining Justice“). Andrea’s diverse industry experience includes governance, commercial law, human rights and community law, combined with a skillset in innovation, program and legal design, research, education, litigation and continuous improvement.
With more than 25 years’ experience as a leader in professional firms, John established his own consultancy in 2005 to share his expertise and experience with firms looking to move beyond the traditional firm model. As one of Australia’s leading value pricing advocates, John’s expertise is in assisting professional firms to become ‘firms of the future’ by focusing on their purpose, moving their pricing model beyond the billable hour, and implementing alternatives to the partnership model.
As CEO of a leading digital specialist creative agency, Creative Factory, Maggie is a former elite athlete, GAICD, and Board Member of Diving Australia Limited. Maggie brings with her a rich and in-depth understanding of the startup and consumer landscape, and we are incredibly excited to have her on our Advisory Board.
