Stephen is a registered Organisational Psychologist and has many years of experience in the field of wellbeing. He uses his organisational psychology and business experience to prompt different thinking, reflection, and change within those he coaches. He believes unlocking potential is all about enabling a series of personal journeys. He believes that highly functioning leaders are at the core of collective and individual success. It’s about balancing professional capability with personal wellbeing. It’s about motivating and equipping individuals to achieve their optimum, not just for their employer, but for themselves.

Currently practising as a registered psychologist, Emily is experienced in both consulting and in-house psychology roles. Originally trained as a lawyer, and spending time as a Management Consultant since, her professional approach is multi-disciplinary, innovative and differentiated. Emily has been involved in the entrepreneurial community as both co-founder, and consulting psychologist. She enjoys partnering with private clients – and the Melbourne community, more broadly – to design and deliver unique experiences and insights. Emily is passionate in the fields of wellbeing and leadership; her work is evidence-based and informed by global leading edge research. More locally, Emily is an accredited Mental Health ‘First Aider’, and has a certification in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training.
