This session covers the new legislation governing retail leases and disputes between commercial landlords and tenants who can’t meet their obligations due to a decrease in business or other Covid-19 related issues, and how to best negotiate an acceptable commercial outcome.
We also discuss best negotiating practices and techniques when a company can’t perform its contractual obligations due to the impact of COVID19
About our Presenter
